Jazz and Lyrical

Jazz dancer

Jazz mixes ballet fundamentals with sharp and powerful movements. It is a fun, energetic dance style that relies heavily on strength and individual character. Jazz dancing often uses bold, dramatic body movements, including body isolations and contractions. This technique class combines traditional jazz with the ever-changing styles of today. Each class consists of a warm up, across the floor progressions and upbeat dance combinations. This class is high-energy and is for anyone who wants to have fun!
